It’s getting cold so it’s time to move to my apartment gym & these minimal equipment exercises do the work!
Body weight squats 10*3
Elevated heel Goblet squats 8*4
Split squats 10*3
Dumbbell RDLs 12*3
Shouldered Squats 8*4
This took about 45 mins in total with one minute rest in between sets.
