I’ve never been comfortable staying still for too long without a purpose; never been one to be stagnant, always ready to learn, explore, progress, evolve. This season is no different. My body has changed, again, my mind is clouded by all things baby & toddler related, but I’m growing- in more ways than one. And as I return/ retune to my wellness needs, I’m reminding myself of 3 things: ⭐️ Rest is regenerative ⭐️ Movement- of any kind- is appreciation of my healthy body ⭐️ I am a work in progress I’m not the fittest I’ve ever been but I’m healthy & slowly I’ll get strong & toned again.
