Vegan Cheese 🌱🤍🧀

Ingredients:

🧀1/2 cup water + 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
🧀1/3 cup soaked cashews
🧀1 tbsp vinegar
🧀3 tbsp nutritional yeast
🧀1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
🧀Salt - to taste
🧀1 clove of garlic + 1/2 cup water

Instructions:
🌱Mix the agar agar powder + water and let it sit.
🌱Blend all the other ingredients.
🌱Mix the agar agar mix + the cheese mix & boil for 2 mins max.
