Say hello to Jenna, a Senior Project Manager! 👋 Before holding this position, she started her career in 1997 as a crew member at a Cold Stone® store in Ahwatukee, AZ and grew into Assistant Manager. Jenna now works at our World Headquarters and is involved in all areas of store operations.

Jenna learned so much about restaurant operations at a young age, completing inventory, placing orders, managing food safety, cash handling, training crew members, and of course, ensuring excellent customer service. ❤️ She was able to transfer these skills to her future jobs.

Ice cream was her favorite food back then and it still is today! Her favorite Creation™? Mud Pie Mojo ☕🍫🥜🍦
