Ok, I know I snapped on the Conan podcast——(and the gods of QLS/IHeart were definitely giving me the gas face for doing this) but y’all don’t understand how deep the nerdom rolls over here.

If my liner notes & @checkthetech #BrianColeman’s “Check The Technique” series were a podcast——then @stonyislandpods #WhatHadHappenedWas podcast IS MY DREAM PODCAST (that I have nothing to do with) for reals even before you start with my season (season 4) you MUST listen to the Prince Paul series (he goes through 3 De La Records, Gravediggas, Stet, Handsome Boy etc) & the Dante Ross eps (life working w De La/Latifah/Brand Nubian/ODB/Everlast) & ESPECIALLY the El P journey in which I knew nothing about the Def Jux world——but yeah just dive in first THEN peep mines lol
