The new 49-story Station Tower is the fourth skyscraper at the complex in Minato Ward and has 107,000 square meters of office space along with a hotel, 70 shops and some restaurants. It also has an “interactive communication facility” called Tokyo Node on its top floors. An event hall, an art gallery and a rooftop garden where people can host events can also be found there. The massive Toranomon Hills project has helped cement the area's standing as one of Tokyo's major business hubs. In fact, compared to Mori Building’s other landmark redevelopment projects, such as Roppongi Hillis, the developer has stressed that one primary goal of the Toranomon Hills project is to lift the city's standing as a global business hub.
