Well for starters, all working Latinas, including full-time and part-time workers, only receive 52 cents to every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men... On average, Latinas in the U.S. are paid 46% less than white men and 26% less than white women (Source: @leaninorg). ‘Latinas face a double-edged sword of sexism and racism in the workplace: As women, Latinas are stereotyped as less competent than men, and as Latinx Americans, Latinas are stereotyped as less intelligent than white people.
