Today and tomorrow I have the pleasure to experience the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2022-2023 Grand Finale in Milan! I’ve never photographed anything like this but the closest I could imagine is like backstage at a fashion show! The creativity, speed, concentration and absolute moments of singular focus bumping up against carefully synchronized teamwork is really a incredible scene. @sanpellegrino_official teamed young chefs from all over the world with very successful mentors for this competition. Also there experiences that foster a real community among all the young chefs participating. Tomorrow they will announce the winner, I’ll keep you posted!
