Introducing Cask Curation Series, the first in a four-year programme celebrating the role played by exquisite casks from exceptional partners in The Dalmore’s whisky making artistry. 

The Sherry Edition showcases the influence of the rarest sherry casks on our spirit. A trio of whiskies aged 26, 28 and 43 years old, finished in Vintage Sherry, Matusalem and Apostoles casks, celebrating over a century of collaboration between The Dalmore and González Byass of Jerez de la Frontera in Spain.

Each edition will be limited to just 150 sets.
