I call this my “dating myself” night routine. I don’t do it every night but a couple weeks out of each month.. especially the week before my period. I struggle with depression and anxiety but when I do stuff like this it helps me so so so so much … I feel like it just helps me know what my mind and body needs and I can make adjustments throughout the week and then I’m not hitting a wall or breaking point. In my 30’s my goal was to have more consistency in my moods so that is why this routine was made. Love you!!
