🗓️ October marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month, when we recognize the actions we can all take to build a #DisabilityConfident culture.

📈 Hiring & Recruiting – It starts with implementing practices that are more inclusive for People with Disabilities like at our plant in Lima, Ohio, where we were fortunate to host three D/deaf interns.

♿️ Accessibility – Creating workspaces that are inclusive both physically and digitally by providing the necessary tools for success like NaviLens technology and translation services.

❤️ Support & Training – We have eight Disability Support groups, which foster connection and allyship. Trainings include panels on accessible advertising and product innovation, to an American Sign Language (ASL) course.
