I honestly never thought my core would be as strong after having 3 kids. Core work used to be SO daunting to me & I’d try to avoid it wherever I could. I can honestly say little by little I’ve built back the strength & MORE (which I’m very proud of 🥹). It’s definitely not about the aesthetics anymore to me.
