Peyton Thomas is a marine biologist, social and environmental justice advocate, Patagonia Trail Running Ambassador, and founder of the Equitable Action Run Towards Health (E.A.R.T.H).

This Friday and Saturday, in Mississippi’s Homochitto National Forest, we’re joining Peyton (@ptcruisin22) at E.A.R.T.H. where races double as a community gathering event aimed at raising money and jumpstarting grassroots action for the fight against the wood pellet biomass industry.

Donations will go to Southern Echo, Dogwood Alliance, and the Amite County N.A.A.C.P. to support local community members. Donate at the link in bio.
