Flamenco singers and dancers, gitanos, payos, are seen in the series, with almost all the photographs capturing chance encounters. ⁠ ⁠ “I’m really interested in subjects that aren’t for sale. So much of our culture has sold out,” Bruce says of the series. “The spirit of flamenco, its ‘duende’ and the community that surrounds it encapsulates this really well for me.
