【秋といえば🎃】カボチャとバナナの甘〜い春巻き🍌🤎Sweet Pumpkin & Banana Spring Rolls

秋にぴったりな2種類のスイーツ春巻き🤤
おもてなしにも、自分へのプチご褒美おやつにも✨

■材料
春巻きの皮　4枚
水溶き小麦粉（のり用）　適量
粉糖　少々
バニラアイス　適量

《バナナあん》
バナナ　1本
つぶあん　30g
アーモンドダイス　ふたつまみ
.
《かぼちゃレーズン》
かぼちゃ　80g
はちみつ　小さじ2
レーズン　大さじ2
シナモンパウダー　少々

■作り方
1. バナナの皮をむき、縦半分に切る。中の種をスプーン等でくり抜き、つぶあんを代わりに詰め、アーモンドダイスを振りかける。バナナの切り口を合わせて、元の形に戻し、横半分に切る。
2. 春巻きの皮にバナナ半分をのせ、皮を折りたたんで包み、水溶き小麦粉でノリ付けする。もう一つ作る。
3. かぼちゃは皮を取り除き、適当な大きさに切ったら電子レンジで柔やかくなるまで加熱する。温かいうちにはちみつを加えて混ぜながら潰す。
4. 春巻きの皮に半分をのせ、レーズン・シナモンパウダーをかける。皮を折りたたんで包み、水溶き小麦粉でノリ付けする。もう一つ作る。
5. 揚げ油を180度に熱し、きつね色に色付くまで揚げる。粉糖をかけ、バニラアイスを添える。

Ingredients:
Spring roll wrappers 4 sheets
Water and wheat flour paste (for sealing) as needed
Powdered sugar a small amount
Vanilla ice cream as needed

《Banana Filling》
1 Banana
Red bean paste (Tsubuan) 30g
A handful of diced almonds

《Pumpkin Raisin Filling》
80g Pumpkin
2 teaspoons of honey
2 tablespoons of raisins
A pinch of cinnamon powder

Steps:
1. Peel the banana, cut it in half lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds using a spoon. Fill it with red bean paste (Tsubuan) and sprinkle with diced almonds. Close the banana back up and cut it in half horizontally.
2. Place half of the banana on a spring roll wrapper, fold the wrapper to encase it, and seal the edge with the water and wheat flour paste. Repeat for the other half.
3. Remove the pumpkin’s skin, cut it into suitable pieces, and microwave it until it becomes soft. While warm, add honey and mash it, mixing well.
4. Place half of the pumpkin mixture on another spring roll wrapper, sprinkle with raisins and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Fold the wrapper to encase it and seal the edge with the water and wheat flour paste. Repeat for the other half.
5. Heat frying oil to 180 degrees Celsius and deep-fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream.
