Focused on the practical application of the class-based work we do in a professional setting where there will be certain unavoidable parameters: How to bring elements of the class vibe when doing self-tapes (and onto set/ into the rehearsal room when we do book the job!) Classes will also highlight in-class adjustments that can work in these contexts and provide an opportunity to practise self-adjustment. We will also practise how to look at our tapes from as kind and objective perspective as possible - an important part of the process too. Class preparation involves bringing one scene of your own self-tape. This class is open to studio members and those working in the industry.
