Nel 2000 “Taratantara” (1999) è installata al centro di Piazza del Plebiscito a Napoli. L’opera, precedentemente presentata al Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art di Gateshead nel 1999, è un’enorme membrana in PVC sostenuta da ponteggi metallici alti 32 metri. Il titolo, “Taratantara”, imita il suono squillante delle trombe, in relazione all’insolita forma della struttura.

In 2000, "Taratantara" (1999) was installed in the center of Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples. The artwork, previously presented at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead in 1999, is a massive PVC membrane supported by 32-meter-high metal scaffolding. The title, "Taratantara," imitates the shrill sound of trumpets, relating to the unusual shape of the structure.
