I found myself in a mix of high intensity movements, mobility, strength training and some next level sweating outa my mind... the key was getting coaching on my form by Dr. Mike (which of course wasn't my fault, I was just going to grab my camera for a shot of the sled pushes on the other end of the room ;) I finished the workout with a cold plunge and sauna right at the gym.
