Or by being abusive, mentally beating myself up for not being where I wanted to be. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Over the years, using Manifesting Your Mission Guidebook, I have learned to reflect more often, catch myself when I'm not paying attention to my intuition, or adjust when I'm caught in a pattern that isn't serving my highest good. Taking the time to go within and change childhood conditioning and habits that no longer serve me.
