Oprah Winfrey and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson have launched the “People’s Fund of Maui” to distribute cash directly to those who were displaced and affected by the Lahaina & Kula fires on Maui.

Winfrey and Johnson donated $10 million to help kick-start the fund, and are calling on anyone who can make a contribution.

Adult homeowners or renters (18+) who lost their primary residence in the fires are eligible to receive $1,200 per month.

Each eligible adult can apply at www.eifoundation.org/maui-application.
Once verified, financial assistance will be delivered electronically to your bank.

Anyone without a bank account, or who needs help completing the form, can call 808-427-7777.
