Bone broth is an amazing source of collagen, proteins, vitamins and nutrients 😋🥕🫑🍲
My recipe:
Brown the bones
Preheat your oven to 425 and roast the bones for 30-40min
All veggies and spices should be chopped and cooked down for 30 mins
6 ounces of shiitake mushrooms
7 medium chopped carrots
2 tomatoes
2 handfuls of thyme
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bushel of green onions
1 bunch of celery
4 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
One and half tablespoon of salt
Add the bones to the veggies and fill to the top with filter water, bring to a boil and then simmer on low for 24 hours.
