It's a full house aboard the station as NASA’s SpaceX Crew-7 ups the orbiting laboratory’s population to 11.
The Expedition 69 crew welcomed NASA astronaut Jasmin Moghbeli, ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen, JAXA astronaut Satoshi Furukawa, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov on August 27, 2023, following hatch opening. Crew-7 will embark on a six-month research mission in space, conducting new scientific research to benefit humanity on Earth and prepare for human exploration beyond low Earth orbit.
