I saw Ronda Rousey breakdown on the Ellen show after she lost her title. She felt like she didn’t know who she was anymore after she fell from everybody’s mountaintop. At the time I didn’t understand. I judged her. I became part of the peanut gallery that was talking from the sidelines, without any experience of knowing what that felt like.

My whole perspective has changed.

When people view you as a figure, hold you on a pedestal, and only see you one way…

You feel like you don’t mean anything, unless you’re being that person, but that’s so far from the truth.

Sometimes, when you lose your identity in the world, you find your real identity in Christ.
