冨永愛さんのインスタグラム写真 - (冨永愛Instagram)「⁡ レイプにより13歳で初めて妊娠・出産をしたトピスタさん。現在、4人の子どものお母さんで24歳。 4人の父親は皆違い、全員が妊娠を知って逃げて行きました。 ⁡ 子ども達を養うために、@joicfp のスキルトレーニングの研修を受けて、ビーズアクセサリーを作れるようになり、それを売って生計を立てている。そして、HIV、子宮頚がんなどの性感染症、家族計画について教わった。彼女は、男性は子供を作って逃げるだけで、養ってはくれない。このプログラムによって、人生が変わると思い参加したと言っていました。 ⁡ しかし、彼女はまだまだリスクの高い女性です。母乳も出ておらず、このままだまた弱みに付け込んでくる男性がいるでしょう。でも男性たちは絶対に面倒を見る気はないのです。 Women’s empowerment とともにMale involvementが必要です。今できることは、彼女をどんな状況になっても次の妊娠から守ること、そしてHIVや子宮頸がんの感染のリスクを避けさせることです。それでも、彼女はJoicfpとRHUに出会ったので、まだ救われている方です。そうでない女性の方が圧倒的に多いからです。 She is still a high-risk woman. She has not been able to breastfeed and if she continues to do so, there will be men who will take advantage of her weakness again. But men will never take care of her. Along with women's empowerment, men need to be involved. All we can do now is to protect her from another pregnancy at all costs and avoid the risk of HIV and cervical cancer infection. Still, she is the one who is being saved. Because @joicfp and the RHU found her. Because there are far more women who don't.
