Photos 1,2 We rented a villa on @airbnb in Bali. The villas in Bali, when you split between families, are less expansive than a hotel. Most of the villas have a chef that will cook breakfast included and has access to drivers (which costs $35 for 6 hours) and if you need any childcare they have nanny services with the most beautiful people. We don’t have a nanny or ever have had help on vacation and to be honest it’s not relaxing with small children!!! This time we hired one to stay with us when we went out or to the beach to help and I can honestly say it was life changing. To still be creating memories but also get to have a conversation with my hubby and family and read a book was so worth it! They charge between $7-10 an hour. 3- Visiting the Monkey Forest in Ubud. Omg monkeys in Bali. If you’ve been to Bali you know what I mean 😂 There are monkeys EVERYWHERE! And not just in the Monkey Forest. Like randomly on the roof or on your car 🫣🤣They are very cheeky. They will take your hat, sunglasses, cookies (Phoenix learned the hard way😂) and don’t give a care in the world. They will also come sit on your lap and say cheese and the little pads on their feet are very soft! 😂 The Monkey Forest is a sanctuary for them, just watch your belongings! 4- the @gdasbali was the first hotel we stayed in Ubud! It’s a health retreat which offers vegan food (that’s so incredibly tasty!), yoga, spa treatments, daily activities and more. The staff loved on our kids the minute we walked in and took such good care of our family. I will always stay here when we come to Bali! 5- @finnsbeachclub is a very famous beach club near Canggu. It’s definitely fun if you want to have some cocktails and dance and also get massages on the beach with horses walking by 😳 I don’t drink and still found it so fun sipping on my mineral water! 6- Jamu spa. Omg. I’ve never had treatments like this. I booked a coffee scub, an anti aging facial massage and a hot stone treatment. The three treatments cost $45.
