My Grandparents asked me to do a speech for their 60th anniversary 🥹❤️ thank you lord for blessing me with this abundant time of family and love. Here’s some of my speech 😇

Once upon a time there was a fair maiden in the beautiful islands of Jamaica. One day she was taking a stroll in the town, a day out of her resident country side living.
On that same day, fate would have it, a handsome young chap would spot her beauty and be taken with her.
He hand wrote and sent her love notes.. (something the men of today should actually get back in the habit of ehmmm!! Romance isn’t dead!👀)
Now unbeknownst to our fair maiden, this was not just an act of sweet talking
But a show of bravado to how well educated he was.. smart move!

Her name is Princess but she’s really the Queen which makes my papa the King
Matriarch and Patriarch
Without them we all wouldn’t be here

The man who left Jamaica to create a life abroad, to send for his fair maiden and start a beautiful family.

The woman who once the baby of her own family, now the leader of ours….
