When was the last time you visited a commercial farm? I've gotta say... it really encourages me to eat a little less meat. I'm a softy. When I see cows crowded up in a barn with their little sad faces 😢 it's just not a sight i feel good about. I'd rather see them grazing freely in a beautiful green pasture. Last year I started buying all my beef from a local Ohio (free range) farmer, and personally I feel a little better about it, and it's not that much more expensive than buying meat from the grocery store. Plus, his cows do have a nice, enjoyable existence while they're here. I guess all in all, I'm trying to do better and make a few changes like that.
