How I approached my Olympia prep along with other areas of my life would consist of being fully transparent with myself as I knew that it was always me versus me and THEN against whomever was in my way. I have and continue to line up areas of my life which must improve and therefore slay any discrepancies, any doubts, any lies and patterns which don't yield the best path to success & happiness.

Answers are required to ascend so here's question for ya.

Isn't your life worth a self audit? Isn't your life worth pouring massive love into so that you can fulfill your destiny in becoming someone whom can authentically pour into others? Sure there's pain but that's why love needs to flow through you always. Can't hate your way to a positive life!

If the answer is yes, then good. If the answer is YOU DAMN RIGHT IT IS, then I believe you're willing to go that extra rep to inhibit positive changes when pain comes knockin. It'll never be easy but hey if it was [easy] everybody could do it. 😉
