Greatest day of my life having Clarence and his family there by my side when I received my Star on the Hollywood walk of Fame but an even bigger honor to be there when Clarence received his Star. He asked me to be there by his side and I wouldn’t of missed it for the world. What a life…..and one of the biggest inspirations to so many people who i respected and admired also had Clarence’s friendship and advice. They all felt the same, lucky to know Clarence and to have his ear! If i ever needed any kind of advice about life or business it was Clarence who i called first. And when he spoke I listened. He didn’t hold back and always told me like it is. Never pulling punches or worrying about my feelings being hurt. He told the truth, always. Never bullshitted you to spare your feelings. He always went out of his way and made a huge effort to resolve any issue you had and talk you thru the options. He had a generosity of spirit. His passing is a huge loss for so many. The only solace I have today is knowing that he is with his beloved Jacquie who is definitely an angel in Heaven above. I never met a more lovely, elegant and classier human being in my life. They were the cutest couple ever and Nicole and Alex were so blessed to have them for so long. So many great memories with Clarence and family over the years. I used to love giving him a big hug when I saw him because he smelled so good and it reminded me of my Grandfather. A big sad hug to @nicoleavantofficial and @iamalexavant who truly loved and honored their parents and had the most beautiful relationship with them similar to the one I had with my Grandparents.
