The end of the weekend is always bittersweet. The experience at Shou Sugi Ban House was one of the most cathartic weekends I’ve had in the Hamptons. From the most amazing rice bowls to the aerial yoga to the zen inspired guest rooms, I feel so refreshed and energized with an inner calm. One of my new friends taught me, “erase and delete “ any negative thoughts or insecurities. I also really appreciated that everything was green from the towels to the beauty products. So whether you are coming in for a week, or experiencing the spa for the day - you will definitely come out feeling like me. Namaste🧘‍♂️
