外見も大切ですが本当に大切なのは内側からと改めて気が付かされた素敵な会でした。食べてる物で身体は作られてるのは承知ですが　精神的にも　口から入れる物が本当に大事な事を沢山のお話しを聞けました🙏#３枚目は本日頂いてきた#ウカスープ　美味しくて満たされました

本日、8 月 10 日(木)に uka AYURVEDA SUMMER SOUP を発売いたします。

Based on Ayurvedic’s dosha theory, these 3 types of soups are the fruit of the collaboration between Ayurda, DELIFAS! and uka.

Ayurveda is the world's oldest traditional medicine with a history of more than 5,000 years, through India, Sri Lanka and Nepal. It is the base of the "three-dosha theory" Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, which are are considered to shape the physical and mental state of each individual.
