Dashcam footage obtained by Reuters shows a car plunging off a Shangzhi bridge, which had collapsed due to the rains and floods brought on by the remnants of Typhoon Doksuri in China’s Heilongjiang province. The driver of the white car was rescued and no casualties were reported, according to local media.
