When I’m out of motivation to hit the gym I tap into these bits of advice:

KEEP GOING!
Change happens outside of your comfort zone.


Focus on consistency! Set a schedule or stick to a program. Sometimes the hardest part is showing up, but if you already have a plan, once you’re there, you will get in your flow a lot smoother.

Take progress photos! you are not going to see the very small changes every day, but if you take weekly consistent progress photos, you will see the changes in 4, 6, 8 weeks.
Try to take them in the same spot in your house same time a day in the same outfit in the same pose I promise if you are consistent with your routine you will see progress, and that will give you so much motivation 🙌🏽✨
