OK, so I did brain stim and watsu and Indiba and all kinds of treats that were new and beneficial. I admit that in the past didn't understand "spa wellness " . I thought it was a little "shvitz ". But you opened my eyes. This was so dreamy. Fully comprehensive. What a gorgeous setting, the food is so delicious, the doctors and staff are a joy to be with, and I learned so much. Body, mind , and spirit were lifted. Wonderful place for a reset, for learning, for nourishing. Just loved it! My favorites were the watsu (that's water – shiatsu) The aquagym , and the sound bowls.
