The original recipe comes from Turkey. 🇹🇷  I have not tried so much Turkish food or dishes in my life so far but well well this soup will be one of the staple soups at my home from now on. So delicious and filling! I baked some bread to serve with it as well. Today I used 1 large chicken breast, cooked it in water for 25 min. While the chicken is cooking you mince 1/2 onion, grate 2 small carrots and slice 2 white mushrooms, sautee all in olive oil and 1 small clove of garlic. Add salt, pepper and dry basil and a bay leaf. Sautee until all got softened and seasoned.  When chicken is cooked take the chicken out of the broth, shredd the chicken meat with your hand after it is cooled off. Add the broth into the onion and carrot, add 1/2 cup small pasta for soup, and cook about 30 min. It seems people use yoghurt in soup in Turkey, today I just used milk. I added just a little bit, 3-4 table spoons of it, at the end. Added also some frozen green peas.  Taste with salt and pepper.
