佐渡裕さんのインスタグラム写真 - (佐渡裕Instagram)「今回のPACツアー＆定期演奏会のソリストには、20歳のヴィオラ奏者・谷口朱佳さんをお迎えしています。彼女に初めて会ったのは確か４年ほど前。旧知のベルリン・フィルのヴィオラ奏者、ヴァルター・キュスナーさんから、是非一度演奏を聴いてほしいと頼まれ、機会を設けて演奏を聴かせてもらいました。僕はその才能に驚いて、すぐに今回のソリストに抜擢させてもらったというわけです！演目はヒンデミットの難曲ですが、音程が良いとか、リズム感が素晴らしいとかのレベルではなく、完全に曲を掌握しているし、何しろこんなに華やかで、ヴィオラらしい深い音色を持っていることに、改めて驚かされています！定期演奏会のソリストを現役の大学3年生が務めるというのはかなり異例のことですが、彼女は間違いなく世界でもトップクラスのヴィオラ奏者だと思います。演奏会での彼女の活躍をお楽しみに❣️ The soloist for this @hpac_orchestra and subscription concert is 20-year-old viola player Ms. Ayaka Taniguchi. I met her first, I believe, about four years ago. Walter Küssner, a viola player of @berlinphil who is an old friend of mine, asked me to listen to her performance, and I took the opportunity to do so. I was surprised by her talent and immediately asked her to participate in this time @hpac_orchestra concert as the soloist! The piece is a complicated piece composed by Hindemith. However, I was amazed once again that she is not just good in pitch or has a beautiful sense of rhythm, but is in complete control of the piece and has such a gorgeous and deep viola-like tone! It is pretty unusual for a current third-year university student to be the soloist for a subscription concert of a professional orchestra. Still, there is no doubt that she is one of the best viola players in the world. I’m sure you will enjoy her performance very much!
