After really suffering with my mental health last year I took this year as the year I really wanted started to focus on my self love again like I had once upon a time. And with that has coming many things like playing sport again and self care. So Sunday has become my offical self care day. I play a good game of soccer and then jump in the bath with a class of wine and some pasta and give my skin some loving.
