They spent years chasing sunsets and developing a shared passion for their craft. “There are many moments that we cherish in the presence of Mother Nature and Father Sky. It has brought our mother-daughter relationship to another level. Together, we share the language of photography,” she recently told T+L. . Tyana can’t remember the moment photography clicked for her — it’s an ever-evolving process. “I’ve been behind the camera for nearly 10 years, and I feel like I’m just getting started. Exploring has brought me to where I am now. I look forward to the future with optimism and curiosity,” she says. . When it comes to her advice for aspiring photographers, she says, “Keep creating, even if you don’t share it. Keep the door to curiosity open; that’s where the magic happens. If you want to expand in whatever you set your mind to, it’s important to exercise your objective. During this exploration, it’s also important to have fun. This can lead to your own interpretations, creating space for growth.” . Tyana’s approach to shooting while traveling: "I’ve learned that I have to be fast. Most moments photographed on trips happen within a blink of an eye, and when you’re traveling, you can’t always go back. When I’m shooting a landscape, I typically stand in one spot and observe my surroundings, making sure to observe foreground details and scenes that are obvious to the eye. Stopping to observe the landscape before immediately shooting has provided a better use of time when I’m constantly going. It has helped prevent me from being fixated on just one scene by offering a more diverse selection of photographs.” . All photos by @tyanaarviso」7月28日 6時15分 - travelandleisure
