⚡️ Press your forearms down into your mat equally from pinkie finger to elbow so you are not collapsing into your shoulders, but lifting up and out.
⚡️ Create the lift from your low belly. Engage your core and rote your pelvic bowl as you lift your legs.
⚡️ The more stable you can make your base (shoulders and forearms) the more stable your pose will be.
