This day and event is designed to help young girls aged 11-15 be uplifted and inspired by hearing from speakers with all different industry backgrounds in hopes of resonating and inspiring at least one of the girls in the room! I can’t thank Paul Jeffries and the team for putting together such an incredible day. I was so glad to be a part of things that can help shape the future of women by installing confidence and that go-getter attitude from early. It was also truly an exciting time to speak with the mayor of Manchester @mayorofgm about my Journey as a professional athlete. All I wanted out of the day was to be able to uplift the young girls, But honestly by the end of the day I felt that they uplifted ME based on the energy that was given back!
