Birthdays are always a tricky thing for me. I’m thankful to be healthy and happy, but having spent 44 years of my life as an athlete (yes an old one now) I get one more year farther away from my prime. It’s a tricky mental battle, but one that I fight!!! But I’m so lucky to have an amazing wife and kids, friends, and family. At the end of the day, that’s all that really matters.
