It’s not even that I don’t feel like I look great, it’s just the fact that trying to get better every day..(or every minute of every day) can be emotionally taxing and you can make the mistake of only “looking” at yourself instead of focusing on the “feeling” . Obviously I reached out to my coach to help me through this (AND HE DID)!!
