We’re turning 2 in Flatiron! @dominiqueanselworkshop is celebrating our 2nd birthday this weekend and bringing back some of your favorite Weekend Specials from over the years, including:
* Pandan Coconut Chiffon Cake (light-as-air chiffon cake with pandan, coconut cream, and shredded coconut)
* Sweet Corn Silk Tart (brûléed sweet corn custard with fresh summer corn in a vanilla sablé tart shell)
* Hazelnut Praliné Paris-Brest (choux pastry filled with hazelnut cream and hazelnut praliné)
* Raspberry Cream Scone (fresh raspberries, raspberry jam, and vanilla mascarpone cream sandwiched in our fresh-baked scone)
* Hundred Layer Scallion Spiral (golden flaky laminated brioche all swirled up with chopped scallions)
