Lounge Bar Privé's new afternoon tea "Terre et Mer" starts today! Based on Esterre's concept embracing the natural flavors of the terroir (land and sea), the menu offers delectable items created by Esterre's chef de cuisine Kei Kojima and chef pâtissier Normand Jubin on a wrought-iron stand incorporating motifs of plants sprouting from the earth and the rippling waves of the sea.
