THE ONE AND ONLY Jen Tullock turns 40 TODAY and i will NOT have her upstaged by the nation(especially this year) it’s actually probably impossible for me to put into words what our friendship has meant to me but i SHALL TRY. @surefineokay and i met outside of the Apple store in new york just last year. we were both there to upgrade our phones but as the fates would have it, in addition to the iphone14, we were both looking for (and in my case- really needing a friend). and IN this past year, we’ve been through it all- a real trial by fire of a friendship. life, death, sickness, joy and everything in between; getting to be a witness to a new forever love(for her and @mronntell 💗), sitting with what felt like never ending heartbreak(me), moving, music, dancing, martinis, tears and laughter and laughter and laughter. HONEY, THE BITS. Jen is a singular human. talent on top of talent. The friend i wished for and who magically showed up in neon shoes, ready for anything. I love you Jen and not only is the world lucky to get to have you in it, i’m BEYOND lucky to have you in my life(not to mention my kid’s lives)! Since we got a late start, here’s to the next 65 years of friendship together- yes we’re living that long because there’s nothing funnier than picturing you and me as old ladies in aggressive hats holding dirty martinis 3 olives, honey. i can’t wait. ❤️HAPPY BIRTHDAY ❤️❤️
