Returning to the venue ten years to the week since he last played there in 1973, Bowie performed a fun show with a stripped-down set which had none of the usual scenery or set pieces. Spontaneous props thrown from the crowd were immediately utilised by a playful David, including flowers and an inflatable leg! (Hello Dianne and Starzone members, thankyou Kevin)  Some of the overnighters who queued outside the ticket agency were rewarded with a signed photo of David. We’ve reproduced one here, but we’ve enhanced the autograph as, due to the original ink colour, it’s not particularly legible.  Were any of you at the show and were you also one of the lucky recipients of the signed photo given to overnight sleepers in the ticket queue?
