Caring for home and family has no gender. When all parents have access to paid leave and the ability to share in caregiving, it’s healthy for children, parents, families and our Company.

Last year, P&G China launched #ShareTheCare to give all parents — regardless of gender or sexual orientation — the opportunity to take 8 weeks of paid parental leave. Many dads in China have used this benefit and shared that it increased their satisfaction with their personal and professional lives as a result.
