Here is my 4 day trip to Finland. 🇫🇮
I have never explored the country before, but now I’m in love with it. 💕 I adore the sauna culture and the outstanding nature (75% of Finland is covered by forest and 10% by lakes and rivers).
I discovered that feeling the nature close to you, eating healthy, and enjoying outdoor activities instead of staying on your phone are some of the keys to being happy. ☀️
We will definitely go back!

世界で一番幸せ✨と言われている国は、75％が緑🌳10%が湖や川🏞️で囲まれていて、空気も水も新鮮で気持ちが浄化される感覚でした💕
人も優しく、ご飯も美味しくて（主に海鮮). 🐟 私が一番気に入ったのはサウナの文化です！300万個のサウナがあるんだって！（って事は、2人に1つサウナが家にある）
「寒い日が多いからサウナが好きなの？」って聞いたら、「サウナはストレス解消にからだの筋肉も癒すからだよ！冬は、サウナに入った後、外の積もった雪❄️にジャンプするんだよ〜！」
身体の癒し方が日本の温泉と似ていて嬉しくなった😆

自然🍃に触れる事は、私たちの身体にも心にもやっぱり一番大切な事なんだな、と感じました❤️
