The blue whale is one of the largest animals ever known to have existed, reaching lengths of up to 30 meters and weighing as much as 200 tons 🐋

These magnificent creatures feed primarily on tiny shrimp-like animals called krill, consuming up to 4 tons of krill per day.

Despite their massive size, blue whales are gentle giants and are known for their hauntingly beautiful songs, which can be heard over long distances in the ocean 🎶
