A number of writers and actors who worked on ‘Lost’ now say that they endured a toxic environment. Speaking to Maureen Ryan, showrunner Damon Lindelof reflects on his role in fostering a damaging workplace.

“I have significantly evolved and grown, and it shouldn't have had to come at the cost and the trauma of people I hurt on Lost,” he says.
